My name is Max Townsend (they/them) and I run Harstine Consulting. Having worked as an internal admin for a number of years, I am painfully aware of the limitations of standard Sales Cloud. My passion is developing accessible solutions to enable small businesses (or businesses of any size) to extend standard Salesforce functionality to meet their unique business requirements.
